Everyone is invited to a week of celebrations, events and activities marking the anniversary of Queensland's separation from New South Wales in 1859.
Highlights include the Celebrating Queensland Heritage Festival (1 June), the announcement of Queenslander and Suncorp Young Queenslander of the Year on Queensland Day (6 June), and a giant birthday party at South Bank Parklands and the City Botanic Gardens (7 June).
